Nancy Flanagan has joined the Farmington shop as an assistant account manager on Fairchild Aerospace and Crane & Co. accounts, among others. Senior project manager Kristen Riggs Thudium has joined the Web team at Darien-based aabalone[red], formerly Wiggin & Wiggin. Riggs Thudium previously worked at Primedia Special Interest Publications. Sherry Smardon has been promoted to marketing director of The Greater Hartford Tourism District. She previously was design and marketing manager for the tourism district. A MASSACHUSETTS CGN Marketing & Creative Services has hired business manager Amy Pratt, business office assistant Andrea Braga, account coordinator Amy Greifenstein and receptionist Heather Tremblay. Pratt joins the Boston shop from the Strategic Interactive Group/BSH, where she was a client financial analyst. Target Marketing & Promotions has hired account coordinators Louisa Cross and Amy Perodeau, and travel and incentives coordinator Kathleen Chaves. The agency also has promoted Chris Ragognetti to account manager. Cross will work on the Boston shop's Rockport and Reebok accounts.
