Leo Burnett in Chicago promoted Amy Hoffar to manager of corporate affairs and Lena Peterson to associate manager of public relations. Clive Sirkin was elected a senior vice president at the agency. Tracy Zirin and David Kissel were elected vice presidents at DDB Needham Chicago. Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago promoted Ted Ellet to media supervisor, Bryan Kirkland to media supervisor and Beth Stebner to associate media director. Davies, Pacheco & Murphy Advertising in Oak Brook Terrace hired Karen Marzec as an account coordinator. Michael Wilcox joined Omnia Marketing and Design in Rockford as a production artist. Ann Ibarra was promoted to media/account coordinator. Molly Watson joined Dragonette in Chicago as an account supervisor. INDIANA Peter Pitts was promoted to senior vice president at Montgomery Zukerman Davis in Indianapolis. MICHIGAN Amy Lauter joined J.R. Thompson Co. in Farmington Hills as a client service administrator. Keena McVey joined Eisbrenner Public Relations in Troy as an assistant account executive. BBDO Detroit promoted Kelly Matthews to account coordinator on the national Dodge truck account and Richelle Dade to general accounts coordinator. The agency also hired Mike Miller to work on Dodge brand advertising. Rebecca Clout was promoted to senior account executive at D'Arcy Masius Benton Bowles Public Relations in Troy.
