Roy Clason was appointed vice president of corporate communications for Dell Computer Corp. in Round Rock. Prior to joining Dell, Clason served as vice president of global communications for MasterCard International in New York.
The Point Group, Dallas, hired senior account executive Richard Taylor Jr. to manage the corporate and crisis communications unit of the agency and promoted public relations editor Kevin McKeever to senior account executive in its business-to-business communications department. Taylor most recently was senior account executive with BSMG/Southwest, Irving.
Shana Sonnier was elevated to promotion director at KRBE-FM, Houston.
