The Point Group, Dallas, has named Dwight Fletcher executive vice president of its advertising division. Fletcher was with DDB Needham Dallas, where he helped manage the Level 3 Communications and UtiliCorp United accounts.
Bozell Kamstra, Austin, has hired Martha Hallman as management supervisor for the 3M, IXC Communications, Canon Semiconductor and Fujitsu Network Communications accounts. Hallman previously was account supervisor at SicolaMartin, also Austin. The shop also brought in Nila Dunaway as production manager from GSD&M, Austin, and assistant account executive Tara Foley, a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Austin agency TKO has added account coordinator Tim Lin, graphic designer Joshua Finto and copywriter Chris Barnard.
