Montague Staffs Up JWT

JWT New York chief creative officer Ty Montague made his first creative hires since he joined the agency last month. Peter Nicholson, 36, and Jeremy Postaer, 41, were both named ecd and partner because Montague says he wanted leaders who could “articulate a brand vision” and “speak client fluidly.” Nicholson, former chief creative officer at Publicis in New York, and Postaer, a former group cd at GSD&M in Austin, Texas, start working this week on Rolex, Diageo’s Smirnoff and Cadbury Adams accounts.
