NEW YORK After withdrawing from the review for HIP Health Plan of New York’s $10 million account, ML Rogers has rejoined the process and made a final presentation last week, sources said.

The New York independent withdrew weeks before MDC Partners’ Margeotes Fertitta Powell pulled out of the review in September, citing workload. (The New York agency had just picked up the $15 million Perry Ellis account.)

It is not clear if consultancy Roth Associates in New York wooed ML Rogers back into the contest to fill the void left by MFP.
