Conn. Shop Seeks Replacement for Promoted Creative Director

BOSTON–Chris Knopf, creative director of Mintz & Hoke for the past two years, last week was tapped as president of the agency.
The title was held by chairman and chief executive officer Joe Hoke, who founded the now $70 million shop 26 years ago.
“I want to grow and try to get more notice for what we do right and well,” said Knopf, who added that he plans to expand the agency’s capabilities by further developing its direct marketing and online disciplines.
The promotion leaves the shop without a creative director, and finding a successor now tops Knopf’s agenda.
