The AAF Foundation is addressing the lack of diversity in the industry by bringing together top advertisers, agencies and outstanding college students.

Dozens of students from AAF university chapters and histor-ically black colleges across the country participated in this year’s Most Promising Minority Student Program.

In March, 25 student finalists representing 15 states and the District of Columbia will arrive in New York to meet with advertising professionals for interviews and guidance counseling.
