The client has hub operations in both Chicago and Indianapolis. It is the 11th largest U.S. passenger airline and travels to destinations throughout the U.S.
The airline declined comment on the review for creative duties, which is expected to conclude in late summer. Jones-Lundin Associates, Chicago, is handling the review.
Creative was previously handled in-house. Media has been handled by Kelly, Scott & Madison, Chicago.
