Mangan Holcomb Rainwater Culpepper has appointed Jason Chitwood public relations specialist. Chitwood joins the Little Rock, Ark., shop from another local agency, where he was an intern. He also has held positions as publisher of the Arkansas Nurses Association magazine and special events associate for the Arkansas chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. MHRC has also hired Jesse Reilly as traffic director. Reilly previously worked as an intern in the shop’s public relations department.
