DALLAS A broadcast campaign created by Mangan Holcomb Partners to promote Arkansas’ toll-free litter hotline has won first- and second-place Rogers Awards from the Keep American Beautiful organization, the agency said.

The first-place award is for the animated TV commercial encouraging motorists to call a hotline to report littering, the agency said. The second-place award is for a radio commercial featuring an original jingle, also heard in the TV spot.

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department campaign began in December 2004 and featured the jingle developed by the shop and Jason Weinheimer at Sellout Music in Little Rock, Ark.
