The Weston Group has promoted Michele McPhail to account executive. McPhail, 28, will work with Jasvina Gill, vp of client services, and manage the accounts of Western Pacific Housing’s San Diego division, Brookfield Homes, Klang & Associates, LGS Architects and two master plans for Stratham Properties. She will also oversee pro bono assignments including the Sales & Marketing Council of Los Angeles and Ventura counties and the SMC of Southern California. McPhail joined the Los Angeles agency in 2001.
