New Haven, Conn.-based Mason, an independent shop, has added PR chores for Bruegger’s Enterprises of Burlington, Vt., which operates 250 bagel shops in 18 states. “They’re a company that understands the connection between consumer emotion and long-term loyalty,” said James Grecco, client chief executive, of Mason’s appointment.
