RICHMOND, VA. – PSI Energy, an Indiana power company, has bolted The Martin Agency with its $1.5-2-million account and hooked up with the Indianapolis office of McCaffrey and McCall. The public utility had been using both agencies as it tried to fend off a hostile takeover by another power company.
