BOSTON Manasian Inc. said it has produced new sales tools for MRO Software, a provider of strategic asset management products such as Maximo.
The sales and training kit includes a solutions playbook covering a wide variety of markets, a flip resource for phone sales and a "cheat sheet" set of cards for carrying on the road.
"It's very important for 2005 to train the sales force on how to approach the customer and prospect with a full solution and options," said Jean Manasian, president of the indepdent shop in Waltham, Mass. "The set of tools we created for them covers a wide range of scenarios they may encounter in the upcoming year."
"All the marketing materials are always available on the marketing Web site, but people work in different ways and so the tools are designed to support the sales force in as many ways as possible," Manasian said.
Since its June launch, Manasian has picked up assignments from clients such as cosmetic dentistry practice Connelly & Fiorillo (print ads), dating site Matchmaker.com (banner ads) and e-learning software concern SkillSoft (corporate identity materials).
