The M1 Agency has named Tracey Kleber managing director. Kleber had been working with the Culver City, Calif., shop as a consultant since May. She previously was with Publicis in Seattle, where she worked on international advertising for T-Mobile/Deutsche Telekom. She also worked with Grey Direct in London, running pan-European programs for Microsoft and U.K. advertising for Marriott Hotels and Lexmark Printers.
