ATLANTA Fry Hammond Barr has landed the M Properties account without a review and will produce advertising for two properties that the realtor is converting to condominiums, the agency said.

The independent shop will create print and direct mail advertising that will run in a three-county area surrounding its Orlando, Fla., location. The company chose FHB based on the shop's previous work with condo conversions, including Park North at Cheney Place and The Waverly, both in downtown Orlando, and Audubon Place in Audubon Park.

"As an increasing number of condo units enter the market, it is vital to have an effective marketing program in place that will help differentiate the property and reach the target demographic," said Pete Barr Jr., the shop's president and CEO. "We are pleased to have had success with previous conversions and look forward to similar results with our newest projects."

FHB will help market Residences at Sabal Point in Seminole County. The complex consists of 240 units that the client plans to start selling in March. Current tenants have first choice to buy the condos. Residences at Millenia, previously known as Cypress Key Apartments, is the other development. M Properties plans to begin selling the Mediterranean-style units next month.

The ad budget for the work was not disclosed.
