NEW YORK--Top executives from Lowe Lintas & Partners will unveil a new agency strategy at an agency wide meeting on Thursday morning, sources said.
The strategy, said to be encapsulated in a single word, is the result of more than a year of internal evaluation that included the use of an outside consultant, said sources. It will be integrated into the shop's new business presentations and influence how agency departments operate, according to sources.
Lowe Lintas' entire staff--which numbers more than 600--is expected to attend the breakfast meeting, which will be held outside the agency. New York office president Rob Quish announced the get-together in a staff memo several weeks ago.
In the memo, Quish encouraged staffers to pose any and all questions at the breakfast, which will include presentations by CEO Paul Hammersley and Gary Goldsmith, chairman and chief creative officer. Hammersley declined comment, noting that he wanted to address his troups internally first.
