As part of the radio campaign, creatives from the Omnicom Group-owned shop auditioned numerous customers at casting calls across the nation to talk about how they use their cellular service. One ad features customers “Gloria” and “Lillian,” who say they “stopped counting” (referring to minutes) years ago. The spot ends with the two women saying, “Stop counting.
