Let me see if I understand this. The Florida Attorney General’s office is interviewing 10 agency search firms to find one to conduct a review of who knows how many ad agencies for a one-time, $30 million national SUV safety campaign [March 31]. This is total lunacy, if you ask me. With all the time, energy, money and resources it will spend, Florida could fund spec campaigns from the top five to 10 Florida agencies and merely select its favorite.
