CHICAGO
The leadership of The Leap Partnership’s troubled Los Angeles outpost left the agency last week after failing to secure business and were replaced by two Chicago-based executives.
Gone are Carisa Bianchi and Steve Rabosky, two of several TBWA Chiat/Day defectors who started Leap’s L.A. operation in February.
Rabosky, creative director of Leap L.A., said legal implications prevented him from commenting on the situation. Bianchi, the office’s managing director, could not be reached for comment.
Taking over the office as managing director is Leap president Tom Sharbaugh.
