McCann-Erickson last week promoted Eric Keshin to regional director of McCann North America, the agency said. He replaces Mark Gault, who passed away last month at age 45. Keshin, 44, will continue to oversee the New York office, where he has been general manager, COO since 1999, partnering with Nina DiSesa, chairman and chief creative officer of McCann in New York.
