JWT Establishes B-to-B Alliance With Waldinger

JWT Specialized Communications has entered into a strategic business alliance with Waldinger Creative.

The Dallas-based business-to-business arm of J. Walter Thompson and Waldinger, which is headquartered in Baltimore, will co-market their services and engage in future revenue sharing, according to executives of both agencies.

Waldinger also specializes in business-to-business services, with particular expertise in interactive, trade shows and print collateral.

Currently, the two agencies do not share any clients, said Ron Jenkins, managing partner of JWT.

The JWT unit is a $300 million marketing communications agency serving niche markets from 26 offices throughout the U.S.
