What are the most important criteria for job satisfaction? Well, that depends on whom you’re talking about, according to a poll of 500-plus respondents conducted last month by Portland, Ore.-based The Career Exposure Network on its job sites, MBACareers.com, CareerWomen.com and DiversitySearch.com. “We’ve found that women aren’t satisfied with their current job because of lack of ‘fit’ with [the] company, while M.B.A.s are looking elsewhere due to lack of career-advancement opportunities,” said JillXan Donnelly, the network’s president.
