NEW YORK -- Chairman, CEO Jeb Brown is leaving those roles at Panoramic Communications, the agency holding company formerly known as Earle Palmer Brown, sources said. The firm was founded by his father.

Sources said Brown, 54, will be succeeded by 43-year-old Mary Baglivo, who was named as Panoramic's president last June. She had been evp/chief operating officer, North America, at J. Walter Thompson.

Expected to assume Brown's duties as chairman is Bruno Widmer, former chairman and CEO for Europe, Africa and the Middle East at Young & Rubicam, said sources.

Brown is expected to shift his focus to family and professional interests outside advertising. He will still maintain his minority stake in Panoramic, which sold a stake to L.A. equity investment firm the Destination Group in 2000. Panoramic executives could not be reached for comment.
