Marc USA has installed Roland Janisse as chief operating officer. He will develop and implement marketing plans and brand strategies for the Miami agency's clients. Janisse's account experience includes Kellogg's, Kraft, Heinz, Motorola, Saturn and Procter & Gamble. Prior to joining Marc, he was general manager at Castor Advertising in New York, where he led the work on the shop's General Motors account.
