Time Taps Two
Time Inc. has tapped two veterans to lead its online ventures. First, Taylor Gray, Time’s marketing director since 1997, has been named president of the Time Magazine Interactive Group, where he will oversee Time.com, Timedigital.com and Lifemag.com. Gray will report to Time president E. Bruce Hallett and managing editor Walter Isaacson. Meanwhile, Richard Stengel, a former senior political writer for Time, has been named managing editor of Time.com. Stengel, who will oversee all editorial content on the site, replaces the retiring Richard Duncan and will report to Gray and Isaacson.

Gaming Engine to Roll
GameSpot, a gaming information channel on the ZDNet site, is rolling out a full-blown e-commerce engine in June, the company announced today.
