NEW YORK Oak Investment Partners has distributed its remaining 5.7 million shares in aQuantive to its limited partners.

The private equity firm holds investments in new media companies, such as Inktomi and QPass, among others, in addition to aQuantive, the Seattle-based parent to Avenue A, Atlas DMT and i-Frontier.

Aquantive shares (AQNT) closed on the Nasdaq today at $10.41, up 44 cents or 4 percent. The stock’s 52-week high is $13.55; its low, $2.80.
