LOS ANGELES Intel has issued proposal requests as the company kicks off a review for its $300 million global advertising account, a client representative confirmed.

The client is looking at holding company teams as well as “some individual agencies” for the pitch, which includes creative, media and below-the-line duties, said a source, “because although the business is global, there will be some consideration of smaller networks.”
