Chris Iannuccilli, who has returned to the Chicago agency world as client-services director, new business at Omnicom Group’s BBDO, said the four years he spent working at interactive companies changed the way he sees his job.

“I had a unique chance to see how new media has shaped the advertising world,” said Iannuccilli, who for the past year had been managing director of Publicis Groupe i-shop Semaphore Partners in San Francisco, following a three-year stint at America Online.
