– SmithAgency.com’s Parent Acquires Mason
ATLANTA–QuikBiz Internet Group has acquired Mason Strategic Communications, a marketing and public relations firm, for $400,000 in QuikBiz stock. The agency, with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Gainesville, Fla., will continue to operate under its name as a division of the parent’s subsidiary, SmithAgency.com. John Pace has been named division president and Debbie Mason, who founded the agency in 1995, has become senior vice president. According to SmithAgency.com president Jim Lobel, MSC brings more than 50 clients to the agency, including Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida.
