A Questionnaires Due for $140 Mil. USPS Account
NEW YORK–Pre-qualifier applications are due back Feb. 1 to The United States Postal Service, whose $140 million account went into review when contracts expired in December [Adweek, Dec. 20]. Incumbents are FCB Worldwide, Young & Rubicam, both New York; and Draft Worldwide and Frankel & Co., both Chicago. Client representative Gerry Kreienkamp said USPS sent out 170 applications last month. The client will send RFPs to shops that make the initial cut by mid- to late-February, he said.
