Lucky Day for Duncan
LOS ANGELES–Following its acquisition last week of American Stores, Boise, Idaho-based supermarket chain Albertson’s has awarded three additional brands with combined billings of $50-55 million to its agency, Duncan & Associates. The Santa Monica, Calif., shop has picked up Lucky supermarkets as well as Sav-On and Osco drug stores without a review. Duncan will produce national advertising for Lucky and Sav-On while promoting Osco in all markets outside of the Chicago area.
