CHICAGO Starcom USA here has hired Universal Television executive Elizabeth Herbst-Brady as its director of broadcast investment.

Herbst-Brady, 42, will be responsible for all of the Publicis Groupe media agency’s television investment, including broadcast, cable and syndication. She will report to managing director of investment operations John Muszynski, who had previously held the post.

“I’ve worked with her for a number years and have the utmost respect for her,”
said Muszynski. “I think she can offer an interesting perspective on our side of the desk.”
