DALLAS-HK&P in Houston has rehired a former staffer to fill a new executive post at the agency.
Jerry Hayek, who rejoins the shop from Bates South-west in Houston, was tapped to head operations and business development at the $12-13 million agency.
“Our relationship goes back several years, when Jerry was a client,” working as a marketing services manager at Exxon Chemical, said HK&P president Edward Har-ris. “We’ve kept in touch over the years, and just recently I made the decision that I wanted to create a position to help me in providing the direction necessary to help us succeed.”
Hayek worked one year at HK&P before moving to Bates Southwest as an account supervisor on the Texaco business in 1996.
