Starmark International has promoted Brandon Hawthorne to vice president of business-to-business markets. He will work on accounts such as First Fleet Corp., TIVA Healthcare and Lawson Industries. Hawthorne joined the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., shop in 2002 as director of b-to-b markets. Previously, he was co-owner of Hawthorne/House, a marketing and advertising agency, also located in Fort Lauderdale. There, he provided consulting services for clients such as Marriott, Pet Supermarket and Perfumania.
