La Agencia de Orci & Asociados has hired Liz Gruszkievicz as a group account director in its Chicago office. In her new job, Gruszkievicz will oversee the office’s flagship Allstate Insurance account, while also managing day-to-day operations and new business initiatives. A native of Puerto Rico, she was most recently partner and management director at WPP Group’s JWT in Chicago, working on the agency’s Kraft Foods and Illinois Bureau of Tourism accounts.
