BOSTON Independent Griffin Bodi & Krause has hired Travis York as director of integrated marketing, the agency said.
"For several years, Travis has been successfully executing cutting edge, integrated marketing campaigns for many leading national and international brands," said GB&K president and CEO Patrick Griffin in a statement. "He comes to the agency with tremendous experience, fresh ideas and a lot of energy. We're delighted to have him lead our growing integrated marketing department."
Prior to Manchester, N.H.-based GB&K, York served as an account director at the Boston office of Euro RSCG, where he spent seven years. While there, he worked on accounts such as Guinness, IBM, Lexmark International and Royal Caribbean.

"It's both a challenge and an opportunity for marketers to successfully leverage these new channels in an integrated and measurable way. I've known Griffin Bodi & Krause to be at the forefront of marketing and advertising in the region for a long time, and I'm excited to be joining their team."
At GB&K, York will handle strategic development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all accounts. He will also provide expertise in the areas of interactive, mobile and guerilla marketing.
