BOSTON Greenough Communications said it has added business software companies Convergence and Vanu for public relations services.
Maynard, Mass.-based Convergence provides software that allows companies to manage and secure applications used in real-time communications. Greenough is tasked with promoting the client's Eclipse family of products to the telecommunications industry.
Greenough will also back the software from Cambridge, Mass.-based Vanu, which markets signal-processing products to wireless OEMs, system integrators and service providers.
The combined budget is likely in the mid-six figures.
Phil Greenough, president of the independent agency in Boston, said the additions are important because they give the shop a chance to gain further experience in the cutting-edge b-to-b technology arena. "We live for these kinds of opportunities," he said.
