Dedica Marketing Group has hired Sandra Fowler as director of marketing. Fowler will focus on servicing the firm’s clients in the food and beverage industry. The Irvine, Calif., agency provides strategic marketing services to clients such as Coca-Cola, El Pollo Loco and Legoland. Fowler was previously a global product-marketing manager for Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden. She also worked as a brand-marketing manager for Taco Bell, Koo Koo Roo and The Hamburger Hamlet.
