Bacon, most recently senior director of e-business solutions at Sprint Global Marketing, will focus on new business for the Kansas City, Mo.-based shop’s Texas outpost. According to the agency, VML Dallas accounts for about 20 percent of the shop’s total claimed billings of $167 million.

Bacon cited VML’s ability to merge interactive technology with marketing as key to her decision to move to the WPP-owned agency.
