The Atlanta shop defeated Miami’s Crispin Porter + Bogusky to win the estimated $10-20 million business. Fitzgerald becomes the Alpharetta, Ga. client’s first lead agency.
According to Competitive Media Reporting, Wolf spent $12 million on advertising — $11 million in first half 2000. Prior marketing efforts were handled in-house and centered around the camera chain’s founder Chuck Wolf.
Wolf Camera, founded in the early 1990s, now operates 550 stores in 20 states.
