Boondogglers Productions won national honors at the Washington Film Festival for its short, White Bitch Down. The film, written by Atlanta screenwriters Robert Lee and Debbie Locker, was a 48-hour project that started in Washington, D.C., then traveled to New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Philadelphia before concluding in Austin, Texas. It was named best 48-hour film project of 2002 at the capital city's competition, defeating more than 120 entries from around the country.
