Fans of Young & Rubicam’s “Dreams” series, which invites spot directors to create short films using Sony’s 24p HD cameras, have no need to worry. At least not yet. Despite the split between Y&R and Sony Electronics this month and the January departure of New York-based director of broadcast production Ken Yagoda, who has spearheaded the project since the first series in 2002, this year’s films will be screened at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles on March 23, at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York on April 5 and in Cannes in June.
