“The good news is, Saatchi won 17 awards. The bad news is, that makes them the Saatchi 17,” a presenter joked at the New York Addy Awards at the Sky Club last Tuesday night. While not actually true—Saatchi won 15 awards —the joke went over well with the several hundred New York creatives who turned out from shops including DeVito/Verdi, Vigilante, Ogilvy & Mather, Lowe and, of course, Saatchi & Saatchi. Lowe, winner of most awards (33), contributed a humorous, racy video (shown here) that imagined how two creatives, Justin Gomes and Andrew Whitehouse, came up with a campaign for the Museum of Sex.
