ATLANTA-Erwin-Penland has apparently won a new collateral assignment for Michelin Tires. The project will combine the company’s three brands in one promotional package for dealers and consumers.
Representatives at all the agencies involved in the $1-2 million review said they had not heard from the client, except Erwin-Penland.
Agency principal Joe Erwin referred all calls to Michelin. Client director of marketing David Murtaugh did not return calls by press time. Both the agency and the client are based in Greenville, S.C.
Other shops seeking the account, which will not affect existing Michelin assignments, were Leslie Advertising and Henderson Advertising, both Greenville; Trone Advertising in North Point, N.C.;
