WASHINGTON, D.C. In a sign of just how engaged Americans are in this election, more than 50 percent of participants in an online poll conducted by Havas’ Euro RSCG said it was irresponsible not to vote in this election. Another nearly 61 percent said they are not frustrated with politics.

Patriotism is also up, with nearly 70 percent of respondents saying that they deeply identified with their country. “What we do know from our ongoing research is that, at a time when Americans continue to feel threated and misunderstood in a chaotic and violent world, feelings of solidarity among the U.S.
