Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati, has promoted Lynn Cortelezzi to director of local media from her previous post of associate media director. Cortelezzi joined Empower as a market manager in 1993. Following a stint as market manager at Foote, Cone & Belding in Chicago from 1995 to 1996, she rejoined Empower as local media team supervisor and senior market manager. She was named associate media director in 2000. In her new post, she will assume full responsibility for the activities of the local media team.
