Judy Eckstrom has joined Mintz & Hoke as a production artist. She is responsible for preparing print materials and layouts for various clients of the independent agency in Avon, Conn. For the past six years, she has worked as a freelancer through her own studio, Judy Eckstrom Design. She has also worked as an art director at Keiler & Co. in Farmington, Conn.
