Erwin-Penland has promoted two staff members. Miriam Coombes has been named media planner and buyer for the Greenville, S.C., agency’s Advance America account. Previously, Coombes was a junior media planner and buyer. Stephen McClure has advanced from junior media buyer to junior account executive. He will work on the shop’s Verizon Wireless account.
